Description

Are you a lover of Pancakes and using our Syrups on Pancakes? Why not add a pack of Low Sugar Pancakes to your basket to compliment the Sweet Syrups we have on site. Only 27 calories per Pancake puts Pancakes back on the dessert menu! 

How to use
Add 40ml of milk or water to a cup/bowl.
Then add 1 table spoon (15g) and mix/whisk until the formula is consistent and lump free. 
Leave to rest for 30-60 seconds before adding to a boiling hot frying pan with low calorie cooking spray.  Cook gently for one and a half minutes on each side until evenly golden brown on both sides.  Enjoy with Skinny Syrup poured on top. 
1 large table spoon weighs and makes 1 pancake.
